By using the site or placing an order, you accept the following terms.

1. Who we are
We are Glora — we make and sell handmade pottery, scented candles, natural and faux plants.

2. The nature of handmade products and live plants
Uniqueness and natural variation: the pots and candles we sell are handmade, and the plants are living organisms. The photos on the site are representative. The colour tone of the handmade pot you receive, the texture of the candle, or the leaf shape/height of the live plant may differ slightly from the photo. This is not a defect — on the contrary, it is evidence that the product is genuinely handmade and natural.
Prices: prices are shown in Azerbaijani Manat (AZN). The price shown is final; the delivery charge is shown separately before payment.
3. Order and payment
Your purchase is considered confirmed once we confirm your order by email or message.
Payment: payment for the order is made in the manner agreed between the parties, either when the order is confirmed or on delivery.
4. Delivery and product risk
Within Baku delivery is by courier, and to the regions by post. Only non-living handmade items are sent by international post.
The risk of damage passes to the buyer from the moment the product is physically handed to you. Glora takes responsibility for damage caused during transit (in line with the Returns Policy).
Force majeure: Glora shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by extraordinary weather conditions, natural disasters, or technical/regional force majeure events affecting postal or courier services.
5. Allergies, safety and limitation of liability
Scented candles and allergies: our candles contain natural waxes, fragrance oils and essential-oil compounds. People with respiratory sensitivity, asthma or an allergy to certain scents are advised to be cautious before use. When lit, candles must be kept only on fire-resistant surfaces and away from draughts, flammable objects, children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Plants and non-living products: the natural and faux plants we sell, as well as the pots, are for decorative purposes only and cannot be used as food. The sap of some live plant species may cause irritation on skin contact and, if ingested, an allergic reaction or digestive upset in pets and children. Please keep plants out of the reach of children and animals.
Disclaimer: Glora bears no legal liability for fire or property damage resulting from failure to follow the safety instructions, nor for individual allergic reactions or health flare-ups arising from contact with or use of the products.
Limit of liability: Glora's total legal liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
6. Resolution of disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
For any dissatisfaction that may arise, please write to hello@glora.one — we resolve every matter within 5 business days, in the customer's favour and in good faith.
7. Intellectual property and copyright
All photographs, logos, product designs, handmade crafts, and text on this site belong to Glora. Any copying, reproduction, or use for commercial or other purposes without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
